If any of your items arrive broken please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Please, give us your full name, order number, and any other information that will help us with your damage claim. Please keep the box and all packing material including the damaged goods. Either have the oringinal delivery service pick the item up and shipped back to us or take the original package with the damaged goods to the nearest United States Post Office. Do not return items to European Treasures. Refunds will not be made for broken items. It will be replaced with the same item unless the items is not in stock and then a refund will be issued.
The United States Postal Service will process the claim for the damaged goods and notify European Treasures that the claim process has begun. During that time, European Treasures will send you a replacement for the broken item(s). Any claims submitted to European Treasures after 5 business days of your receipt of your purchase will not be accepted.
